Around 2,500 UK companies incorporate every working day

Reach new businesses
in their first week.

A new company has not chosen an accountant, an insurer, a supplier or a bank. A few weeks later those decisions are made. EnvelopeAI finds the ones in your industry the day they register and posts them a letter from you.

No contract. Nothing is posted without your approval.

Hall & CoCommercial Insurance

Dear James Whitfield, Congratulations on incorporating SWIFT PLAYS LTD. I saw it was registered in Manchester on 1 August 2026, and wanted to be among the first to wish you well with it. Setting up means a hundred decisions at once. If insurance is one of them, I would be glad to give you a straight answer about what a business like yours actually needs — no obligation. Yours sincerely, Sarah Hall Hall & Co Commercial Insurance

Choose an industry to see how many new companies were incorporated.

Set it up once. It runs every day.

  1. 01

Choose who you want to reach

Pick your industries and, if it helps, an area. We show you the size of that market before you commit to anything.

  2. 02

    Write your letter once

Upload your letterhead and write the body. Merge fields fill in each company's name, town and director, so every letter reads as though you wrote it for them.

  3. 03

    We watch the register daily

Every company matching your selection is picked up the day it registers, while it is still choosing who to buy from.

  4. 04

    You approve, we post

You get an email listing the companies matched. Nothing is printed and nothing is posted until you approve it.

Why a letter, and not an email

A new company's registered address is public the day it incorporates. Its email address is not, and sending to one you found elsewhere is both unwelcome and, in most cases, unlawful.

A letter arriving at a brand new business gets opened. It needs no list anybody consented to, no inbox to survive, and it arrives while the decisions are still being made.
